Bell & Scott Hosts Housing Market Seminar

Following seismic changes in the housing market over the past year, Bell & Scott has brought together three of the leading advisors in the industry to look at the major changes which have already taken place, and how to survive in the new market.

The seminar, titled ‘The Housing Market – a Brave New World’, will take place at their Edinburgh office on Wednesday 24th June.

Speaking at the event:

• John Gallacher, Head of Bell & Scott’s Housing and Regeneration Team. John will look at deal structures in the market and how the landscape has changed.
• Peter Allan, Director, PPCA. Peter will look at the planning system and the opportunities presented while discussing the severe difficulties at present and how to overcome them.
• John Brown, Director, DTZ. John will discuss land prices and the likely changes we will see over the next three years.
