	Advised the Walker Group on the £35.76m sale of 200 Broomielaw to F&C Property Asset Management.
	Acted on behalf of Ecosse Regeneration Ltd in the negotiation of a contract for the sale of residential land to Crest Nicholson plc with a gross development value for the first phase of 2,000 houses of approximately £300m.
	Advised Oran Waste (U.K.) Ltd, a special purpose vehicle set up by the Oran Group based in Cork, Ireland, to acquire the Snowie Group, a waste treatment and transport group.
	Acting for Ecosse Regeneration Limited in connection with the Heartlands Development, arguably Britain’s largest development site at 611 hectares, in the £51m clean up of the former Polkemmet deep mine site in West Lothian.
	Advised property developer Walker Group on the letting of the remaining five floors at its 200 Broomielaw building in Glasgow's business district.
	Advised London – based venture capitalists Phoenix Equity Partners in the £45m acquisition of Dalkeith–based Letts Filofax.
	Acted for the private equity firm Alchemy Partners in the Scottish aspects of the £209m takeover of Parkdean Holdings
	Acted for Corus Hotels in the Scottish aspects of its £116m sale to Washington Hotels of 19 hotels in the UK.
	Acted on behalf of Lindores Limited in the £14m acquisition of a complex site at Dundee Harbour from Forth Ports plc, and the onward sale of the successful City Quay Retail Village.
	Acted for The Town House Company for the purchase of the former Royal Scottish Automobile Club (RSAC) in Glasgow for conversion into a hotel.
