Retail & Leisure
Our dedicated Retail & Leisure Team has considerable experience
in all aspects of retail property, particularly the establishment of both national and local retail outlets in the
High Street and in all of the major retail parks and shopping centres throughout
Scotland. Our work for landlords includes the acquisition of both new-build and established retail centres as well as letting, ongoing management and disposals. In addition, we handle dispute resolution work for retailers,
including disputes on keep open provisions, dilapidations and retail
debt recovery.
We are also very active in hotel, restaurant and
pub markets, representing large, multi site operators, chains and
smaller independents alike.
Our reputation is growing as a team which is enthusiastic, pragmatic
