We agree the principal operational issues with you at the outset; we drive the deal forward, holding meetings whenever possible rather than pushing papers back and forth; and we take ownership of the deal through to completion and advise you of progress, as opposed to constantly seeking your instructions.
In addition, our reporting and sign-off procedures ensure you have the information to commit to the deal and/or obtain the necessary board approval.
