At Bell & Scott we have a wealth of experience in representing and advising high street banks, other major lenders and corporations in relation to property transactions. We have brought together a core team of lawyers within our commercial property team to form our property finance unit calling, when required, on the expertise of colleagues in our construction, corporate, litigation, housebuilders and leisure teams.

These lawyers have a real awareness of the issues that affect lenders, and in particular have a keenness to "get the deal done", without compromising the lender's position. Advice is delivered in a concise, jargon-free way with clear recommendations as necessary, by a team known for its co-operative and non-confrontational style with borrowers and their advisors. We like to liaise closely with in-house personnel, with the aim of being viewed as part of the team.
