Liz Peace, Chief Executive, British Property Federation
 

In 2002 Liz became Chief Executive of the British Property Federation with a remit to raise the profile of the commercial property industry in the eyes of the Government and the media. Liz took delegates through the background of Planning Gain Supplement, the challenges of implementation and the impact it is having on developments today.

Tom Bloxham, Chairman, Urban Splash
 

Tom Bloxham, the innovative property developer that has won 195 awards to date for architecture, regeneration and business success, shared with delegates his experiences and visions on Urban Splash developments past, present and future.

Ken Ross, Chief Executive, Elphinstone Group
 

In his role as Chairman and Chief Executive of the Elphinstone Group, Ken has responsibility for commercial and residential development, strategic land acquisitions, and masterplanning and delivery of projects in all parts of Scotland. Ken discussed impact of The Planning Act 2006 on developers.

Tim Barraclough
  Since 2004 Tim has headed the Division which develops policy on improving planning in Scotland and led the team which steered the Planning Act 2006 to its successful conclusion. Tim is now co-coordinating the implementation of the Act.
Stewart McIntosh, Journalist
 

Stewart led a discussion among speakers and delegates on planning and other issues covered by speakers at the conference.
