Kelvin TOP-SET Seminar - Corporate Manslaughter Legislation |

Kelvin TOP-SET hosted a seminar on Tuesday 10th November at the Stirling Management Centre. This seminar was specifically designed for all company directors who have a responsibility for safety. It also benefited those who have an interest in how Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Legislation impacts on their organisation and what practical steps can be taken to minimise the likelihood of prosecution in the event of a serious accident. Rhona Wark, head of our Employment Team spoke at this event. |
