Bell & Scott was the first firm in Scotland to employ a lawyer who was dedicated to harnessing and managing knowledge. Seven years on we have an embedded knowledge sharing culture. We now have a dedicated team of two professional support lawyers and an information professional headed up by the only Knowledge Management qualified partner in Scotland, with a remit to integrate know-how, professional development, information management, market sector knowledge, and technology for successful knowledge management.

The team is also responsible for the production of our daily e-update Sector Knowledge, and our monthly property law commentary Property Update. In addition they facilitate our specialist publications on Construction Law and Employment Law
