Bruce Anderson, Partner

Bruce is Head of our Strategic Land Unit and specialises in strategic land transactions, property acquisition, site assembly and property development. He has extensive experience of working on option agreements, development agreements, property joint ventures and consortium agreements. He acts for a number of the firm's major clients in relation to these and other property-related matters; he also undertakes development-related planning work. Bruce is the only partner in a Scottish law firm who has completed the Diploma in Know-How Management for Legal Practice at Nottingham Law School and is responsible for the continuing development of the firm’s extensive knowledge management systems and training.
