Caroline Docherty, Partner

Caroline has over 17 years experience as a partner acting for developers, major lenders and the leisure industry and in her role as a partner in the firm's Strategic Land Team has developed a particular expertise in options, development agreements, joint ventures and quasi-joint venture structures. This role has also led to Caroline being very involved in the drafting and negotiating of complex Section 75 and other planning agreements, a topic on which she frequently lectures. She also has considerable experience of property finance work, and cross-border corporate support work.
