John is head of the Housing & Regeneration Team. John is a highly experienced commercial property lawyer with over 30 years experience in the acquisition, disposal and funding of both residential and commercial development sites. John also acts for national and major independent residential developers as well as commercial developers in their dealings with public sector agencies and partners in the delivery of social housing and in the delivery of regeneration projects through joint ventures, single purpose vehicles, partnering arrangements, consortia and collaboration agreements. John is the current legal representative on the Homes for Scotland (the industry body representing house builders in Scotland) Customer Relations Task Group.
