John joined Bell & Scott on 1st May 2008 having spent most of his career as a Partner at Dundas & Wilson. John has substantial experience of a wide range of commercial property transactions and has acted for major companies and banks in the acquisition, development, letting, funding and disposal of a wide variety of properties such as licensed trade premises, property development sites both commercial and residential, industrial sites, retail warehouses and leisure premises.
