Paul deals with all aspects of commercial property work with particular emphasis on leasing, combined with significant development and investment work. He acts for both landlords and tenants, including financial institutions, private developers as well as major retailers and leisure operators. Paul has continued to develop the Firm's strong links in England and therefore has considerable expertise in cross border corporate support work. Paul is a Committee Member of the Commercial Real Estate Legal Association, (CRELA), a new association formed for lawyers who mainly undertake non-contentious transactional and advisory work relating to commercial real estate.
