Paul deals with all aspects of commercial property work with particular emphasis on leasing, combined with significant development acquisition and sale. He acts for both landlords and tenants, including financial institutions such as NM Pensions, private developers such as The Walker Group, Esk Holdings and Turnstone and major retailers and leisure operators such as HMV, Waterstones and The Restaurant Group plc. Paul has continued to develop the Firm's strong links in England and therefore has considerable expertise in cross border corporate support work.
