Brandon Malone, Partner

Brandon heads the firm's construction and property dispute teams. With a background in commercial litigation and extensive experience of construction procurement, he now divides his time between contentious construction matters and property dispute resolution, dealing with the avoidance, management and resolution of property and construction disputes. Brandon is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Construction Law, and is appointed to the Society's Construction Law Adjudication Panel. He is a Member of the Chartererd Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), and the Property Litigation Association. He is a regular speaker at conferences on arbitration and construction law and lectures on dispute strategies and comparative dispute resolution techniques at the Glasgow Graduate Law School. Brandon has extensive experience of all forms of dispute resolution. He is an experienced arbitrator, and, as a solicitor advocate, he is able to represent clients in the Court of Session and the UK Supreme Court. Brandon is recommended as a leading individual in the Chambers & Partners 2009 directory which describes him as "exceptional to work with - he really does go the extra mile” and the 2010 directory praises his “measured, thorough responses and commendable presence.”
