Anne specialises in commercial property work, including the negotiation of development agreements, acquisition of sites, joint ventures and funding agreements and the letting/sale of completed developments. She deals with property investment and portfolio work including the acquisition and disposal of standing investments and completed developments. She is regularly involved in leasing transactions acting for both landlords and tenants and has extensive experience of working in the retail and leisure sector.
