Sarah McLean, Practice Director

Working with the Partners, Sarah agrees the strategy and sets the goals for the firm. She is responsible for managing, monitoring and enabling the firm in its implementation of that strategy and the achievement of those goals. Sarah has overall responsibility for the Finance, Marketing, HR and IT functions of the business working with the team and department heads. Sarah is committed to maintaining the values of the firm to ensure that partner, client and employee expectations are met from a cultural and financial perspective.
