It’s not all work, trainees at Bell & Scott are usually at the heart of the office social scene. A seat on the Social Committee is not always an option – it’s trainees who are closest to the best things to see and do. Some would say the most challenging role for a trainee is their speech at the Annual Dinner. This falls to the youngest trainee of each new intake and sending up the partners is essential - if you’re brave enough!
