Firm Trainees Mentoring System

To assist in personal development we have nominated a Trainee Mentor Partner who acts as a mentor for the trainee during their time with the firm. Part of the mentoring scheme involves each trainee being allocated a project which lasts for the two years of the traineeship, the aim being to provide trainees with a project for which they are responsible for in its entirety and which will contribute to the development of the firm
