Firm Trainees Return on Investment

We see traineeships as an investment for the firm and for the trainee alike. Like all good investments there is an expectation that the rewards will be worthwhile. We invest in trainees who we want to be able to offer permanent positions to – so it’s not just two years we’re thinking about, we’re in this for the long run. We have Partners, Associates and Senior Solicitors who joined the firm as trainees. We view every new trainee as a potential partner and endeavour to provide the best platform for a long and successful legal career.
