Brandon Malone, Partner

Brandon heads the firm's construction team, dealing with all aspects of construction law from procurement advice to dispute avoidance and resolution. He advises developers, contractors, design consultants, financial institutions and adjudicators, working closely with the firm's Retail & Leisure, Acquisition and Development and Housebuilding teams. Brandon is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Construction Law, and is appointed to the Society's Construction Law Adjudication Panel.  He is a regular speaker at conferences on construction law. Brandon also deals with more general commercial litigation, and, as a solicitor advocate, he is able to represent clients in the Court of Session and the House of Lords.
