Heather O'Neill, Partner

Heather heads up our Property Finance Unit. With over 12 years experience in this sector, working with major lenders and financial institutions she is familiar with their concerns and issues. She deals with all types of property finance including acquisition, disposal, development and investment and is able to draw upon our corporate, construction, tax, environmental and planning expertise. She has particular experience in development structures, social housing and the nursing home sectors, and in cross border transactions working closely with other professional advisers in the UK and abroad. Heather is a member of the Investment Property Forum and is a board director of Edinburgh Business Development the business start-up arm of the Chamber.
